Company History

Capital Investigating was founded by Michael Manni in 1998 with its original location in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Surveillance and adjusting were two of the original services offered. Capital Investigating has grown into the leading regional insurance investigation company and now provides clients a full line of investigating services to assist in reducing the overall cost of claims in the insurance industry.

Through our steady growth and geographic expansion, Capital Investigating currently operates throughout the whole United States with corporate offices in Manchester, New Hampshire and Celebration, Florida. With this expansion we have also increased our investigative staff to provide superior coverage throughout the east coast.

Capital Investigating finds it essential to employ outstanding, professional and experienced staff members to better serve our clients. Our customer service and result oriented investigations are second to none and continue to fuel our national growth.

In 2002, Amy DiMambro became our Investigations Manager and continues to increase the efficiency of our reports and investigations with her litigation experience and investigation training.

Michael Manni serves as the Marketing Director. This position was created to increase communication and to nurture relationships with our clientele as well as develop a better understanding of their needs.

In 2007 Capital Investigating opened a division to focus on the Southeast. The division is called Capital South and is based in Southern Florida.

Capital Investigating & Adjusting invested in a customized database system that allows our clients to login through our website and manage their assigned cases through "Eagle Case Notes" as well as view and download video footage online.
